Troubleshooting
A generation is still loading
Keep the project open and check the task state. Some video and 3D jobs can take longer than image or text jobs.
A model option is unavailable
Check whether the selected block type, reference input, aspect ratio, or workspace plan supports that model.
A teammate cannot edit
Confirm their workspace role and make sure they opened an editor link rather than a viewer link.
